Wednesday, 1 February 2017, Divine Liturgy was officiated in the Patriarchal Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow, celebrating the eighth anniversary of patriarchal enthronization of His Holiness Patriarch Kirill, Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church.
His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir of Chisinau and All Moldova participated in the Divine Liturgy, along with numerous other archpastors.
After the Service, the Metropolitan of Chisinau and All Moldova congratulated Patriarch Kirill on this blessed occasion, thanking to His Holiness for the archpastoral care of the faithful of our country, wishing him to continue pasturing the numerous flock of the Russian Orthodox Church with love and wisdom.
Patriarch Kirill thanked Metropolitan Vladimir for warm congratulations, asking him to communicate to the flock of the Orthodox Church of Moldova his greetings, gratitude, and love in the name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
