On 28 July, the commemoration day of Holy and Equal-to-the Apostles Prince Vladimir, day of Baptismal of Rus, His Eminence Metropolitan Vladimir of Chisinau and all Moldova, participated in the church festivities in St. Petersburg.
Metropolitan Vladimir along with arch-pastors and pastors of the Church, prayed together with His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and all Russia during the Divine Liturgy celebrated in the Holy Trinity Cathedral within the St. Alexander Nevsky Monastery in St. Petersburg.
