Metropolitan Vladimir is participating at the session as the hierarch of the Orthodox Church of Moldova and permanent member of the Holy Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church.
The Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church inaugurated the session and presented the agenda, listing the main results of the Inter-Council activity obtained so far.
